70th Independence Day Celebration was held in the premises of Aklank Day Boarding cum Residential School, Mandana. Mr. Tej Singh Ji, S.H.O Mandana, Thana hoisted the national Flag. Kids of Pre-Primary section performed the dance based on the song “Nanha Munna Rahi Hun”. Students sung patriotic songs. Many colorful dances were performed by Girls. Everyone was filled with zeal to do something for the motherland. On this occasion students, staff along with parents took the oath to contribute to make India a “Golden Bird” again. Principal Mrs. Poonam Jain welcomed the Chief Guest and Vice – Principal Mr. Sanjay Gupta gave the vote of thanks to the invited dignitaries.
